As a home health nurse, you have responsibilities that reflect on the agency that employs you. You may be responsible for teaching home health aides, evaluating their competency in care, or providing supervisory visits. It is important that you understand these responsibilities clearly so that you and your agency do not experience negative consequences during the survey process.
The goal of this course is to provide nursing professionals in home health care with education regarding the Home Health Conditions of Participation (CoPs) as they apply to home health aides.
